ARUN C MICHAEL

My entrepreneurial journey began in 2009, fresh out of college, with ₹40,000 and no prior business experience. Along with a couple of friends, we started our first venture -Synod from scratch — not in a fancy office, but by getting our hands dirty, doing the labor ourselves, and learning everything the hard way. What we lacked in resources, we made up for with sheer perseverance and purpose.Over the years, I’ve been part of building multiple ventures — from biogas plants and composting units to smart hydroponics and AI-driven agri-tech. Each project has been a step forward, not just in business, but in how I see the world.Even today, I consider myself a student — constantly evolving, trying to solve problems that matter. If my journey has taught me one thing, it’s this: you don’t need to be born a genius to build something great. You just need clarity, consistency, and the courage to keep showing up.
